A minimum service call fee of $195.00 will be charged and will cover the repairs you indicate unless we determine in advance that the work cannot be performed in the normal allotted time. If after we make the service call and determine that the call will take more than the normal allotted time, we will advise you before continuing any repairs required. The minimum fee is based on a 1 hr travel and 1.5 hrs of labor. A fuel service charge may be added if fuel costs exceed 2.25 cents per gallon or if the distance to a call exceeds 80 miles. All calls will be done during regular business hours with a required 48 hour notice. In the event of a real emergency, we will respond as soon as someone can be made available. An emergency will be determined on a case by case basis.
We will make every attempt to send a technician that is trained and versed in all areas of requested service and we will attempt to make all necessary repairs. If all repairs cannot be made at the time of the original visit, a second visit will be scheduled and may require additional charges. You will be notified if this is necessary.
