WARRANTY POLICY AND REGISTRATION

We have installed in your home, an air conditioning system, heat pump or other major appliance, electrical or plumbing equipment or fixture that retains a manufactures warranty that includes certain conditions of warranty.

The manufactures warranty is specific as to what they cover under the warranty time limits. This is true, also if you have purchased and extended manufactures warranty. Manufactures warranty coverage does not include trip diagnosis service fees, certain accessories, ductwork or other items required to make the installation. The coverage excludes labor and provides coverage only for parts and equipment for the warranty period unless specifically stated in their policy or contract provided with appliance. Please read your policy if you have any questions.

Applied Residential Technical Services, provides a one year labor warranty from the time of purchase, installation or start up, unless stated otherwise in your sales agreement. This includes time for repairs for any appliance or equipment we install. The labor coverage we offer is separate from the manufactures warranty and is an industry standard. The limitation to this labor warranty coverage is travel charges and overtime. We are happy to make any covered repair during regular business hours at no cost to you. However, a trip and service charge (DSR-WW) will be charged at one-half the regular current trip and service (DSR) rate. This also applies to after hour calls if required, however the trip and service rate after hours (DRS-AH) is higher. All accounts must be current before warranty service will be offered. Warranty coverage is subject to accurate service records and properly maintained use of any equipment. If you have any questions regarding our fees or service please feel free to call.

Failure to return this form may delay service in a timely manner. Your assistance in this matter will greatly improve our ability to serve your needs for future service requirements.
