Plumbing: $ 685.00 Includes: Make sewer hook up to existing main line within five feet of foundation including water heater drain and drain leak test. Run up to fifty feet of 3/4"water line insulated with heat tape where required and one water cut-off. Make utility and water leak check. Bacteria water sample taken to lab (excludes lab fee).

Prices above assume certain materials shipped with home i.e., duct work, plumbing materials, etc. We will advise if materials are missing. Permit costs are not included. Additional trips, emergency calls and jobs over 100 miles may incur trip charges. Refer to quote sheet for particular work descriptions and prices. Labor rate for service calls or work not quoted is 126.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum. There will be a $40.00 fuel charge on each invoice when gas prices exceed 2.75/gallon. After hour and weekend calls will incur over time rates unless otherwise agreed too. All warranty work (no charge) calls require 48 hour notice to accommodate scheduling and done during regular work hours.
