Make sewer vent, bath fan and dryer vent connections including penetrations as required. Run up to fifty feet of 3/4" with one water cut-off. Make water line crossovers and utility check. Bacteria water sample taken to lab (excludes lab fee).

Labor rate for service calls or work not quoted is 126.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum. There will be a $40.00 fuel charge on each invoice when gas prices exceed 2.75/gallon. After hour and weekend calls will incur over time rates unless otherwise agreed too. All warranty work (no charge) calls require 48 hour notice to accommodate scheduling and done during regular work hours.
